Kids Help Phone is improving the well-being of children and youth in Canada by providing them with anonymous and confidential professional counselling, referrals and information through technologically-based communications media.

We are a national community based charity present in every community in Canada. We are a leading edge organization – delivering our service in the way young people prefer to communicate – both online or by phone. We are the only counselling, information and referral service that young people can call from every farm, reserve, group home, town or city in Canada, at any hour of the day or night, 365 days a year. The service we provide is professional, individualized and bilingual – and entirely free and confidential. We are an essential and trusted service, with awareness levels topping 95% in young people.

Children, teens and young adults between the ages of 5 to 20 reach out to Kids Help Phone for all kinds of reasons, including sexual, physical and emotional abuse, depression and thoughts of suicide, eating disorders, self-harm and bullying.
